Medical Grade Wig Consulation

A consultation is required prior to ordering any cranial prosthetic (medical-grade wig). To ensure your comfort, privacy, and the most accurate fit, our consultation process is completed in two parts. Part One: Virtual Consultation (Zoom) Your initial consultation will be conducted online via Zoom and lasts approximately 30 minutes. During this appointment, we will discuss your medical needs, hair goals, lifestyle, and preferred style options. * A Zoom link will be sent within 24–48 hours of your scheduled appointment. * A consultation form will be emailed to you in advance to help us better understand your needs and preferences. * A prescription from your physician is required to move forward with your request. Part Two: In-Person Consultation Your second appointment will take place in our private salon suite, where we will complete scalp measurements, fittings, and discuss customization options.
