Every cranial prosthetic (medical-grade wig) begins with a two-step consultation. Step 1: Virtual Consultation 💻 Meet with us via Zoom to discuss your needs, lifestyle, and customization options. You’ll receive a consultation form and Zoom link before your appointment. A physician’s prescription is required to proceed. Step 2: In-Person Fitting ✨ Visit our private salon suite for scalp measurements, fitting, and final customization. Insurance 💕 As an out-of-network provider, we’ll provide an itemized receipt and supporting documents for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Consultation fees and the cranial prosthetic are billed separately.
